• Months or years of statements at once

  Upload up to 50 PDFs in one batch on the Business plan and get a separate result for each statement, each with its own reconciliation check.

• Combined PDFs split for you

  When a file holds several statements, we can split it where each one prints its own statement period and convert them separately. If the boundaries aren't clear, we tell you rather than guess.

• Scanned statements

  If our standard parser can't verify a statement — a scan, or a layout we don't recognise yet — it can be read with AI-assisted extraction (PDFs up to 30 pages). We only use that result if it adds up, and we tell you when it was used.

• Checked to the cent

  Every statement is checked from its opening balance to its closing balance. If the numbers don't add up — a missing page, say — you see it before anything reaches your ledger.
