Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 22 May 2026
Ledger Pilot is a small Australian SaaS company that converts PDF bank statements into accounting-software-ready files. To keep the free tier free, we sometimes earn a small commission when a customer signs up for one of the accounting tools we recommend.
This page tells you exactly how that works, what it costs you (nothing), and how we keep our recommendations honest.
Programs we participate in
We may earn commission through affiliate or partner programs run by the following accounting platforms:
- Xero Affiliate Program
- MYOB (via CJ Affiliate)
- QuickBooks / Intuit Partner Program
- FreshBooks Affiliate Program
New programs may be added or removed as our coverage changes. This page is the source of truth — check the “Last updated” date above.
What this means for you
- Clicking an affiliate link never costs you more than going to the vendor directly. Commission comes from the vendor's marketing budget, not your wallet.
- We don't accept payment to recommenda specific tool. We recommend the format that matches what you actually use (e.g. if you tell our converter you use MYOB, we won't push you to Xero).
- Affiliate links only appear after a successful conversion, contextual to the format you just exported. We don't run banners on the homepage or the converter page.
- We don't share your uploaded statement data with any affiliate partner. Files are encrypted and automatically deleted within 24 hours of conversion.
