How do I download a PDF statement from BOQ?

Log in to BOQ Internet Banking, select the account, click "Statements", choose the period, and click "Download". PDF format is available for the past seven years.

Does this work for BOQ Specialist accounts (medical/dental)?

Yes. BOQ Specialist statements use a slightly different format that our parser detects and handles automatically — no separate setting required.

My BOQ description field has BPAY codes jammed together. Are they separated?

Yes. Our parser splits BPAY biller codes, reference numbers, and merchant names into individual columns for cleaner reconciliation.

Can I convert BOQ business statements into MYOB format?

Yes. Choose MYOB as the export format to get a QIF file, then import it in MYOB AccountRight via Banking > Get Statement.
